Cast Iron Flanged Pipes

Cast Iron Flanged Pipes are having flanges at both ends which are connected using Nut Bolts. It is used for overground and exposed installations as under:

• Over Ground Installations
• Vertical Installations
• Temporary Installations
• Pump Houses
• Water / Sewerage Treatment Plants

These pipes are of 3 types as under:

• Screwed Flanged Pipes
• Casted Flanged Pipes

The pipes are connected with the positioning of Flange Rubber Gasket of 3 mm thickness in between 2 flanges and tightening of Nut Bolts. Cast Iron (CI) Flanged Puddle Pipes are also available in which the ends are either flanged or plain (spigot) and one flange is welded onto the pipe in the middle where concrete/cement is poured.
